Shipping Policy

Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days after payment is received. In exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays or customs delays), delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight and destination of the order.

Customs & Import Taxes
all orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable import duty, taxes and custom fees are already covered and handled by the shipping carrier prior to delivery. As a result, customers generally do not habe to pay any additional charges upon arrival of their order. However, in rare cases due to local regulations, additional fees may occur, which are beyond our control.

Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your order at any time. Please note during periods of high volume, processing and shipping may take 1-3 business days. 

Loss or Damage
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at yours.clovers@outlook.de. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
