Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Clovers by Lisa Ring, c/o flexdienst - #20800, Kurt-Schuhmacher-Straße 76, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany

2. Contract Conclusion By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices & Payment All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.  

4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at yours.clovers@outlook.de

6. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Liability We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered goods.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
